Character development is considered central to the achievement of sound academic success, a healthy body and mind. The Spiritual programmes offered are intended to guide one to make the right life choices so as to help him/her serve God and humanity successfully and joyfully. They set the Spiritual tone and nurture positive thinking and service.

Several other relevant programmes are in place in order to nurture talent and develop character; the most important attribute in the highly competitive world of work.

Baraton University fraternity involves in different worship activities such as singing praises to the Lord, participating through skits as presented by various church departments and educational clubs within the campus, health ministries, community services, bible discussion outreach ministries, prison ministry, AYS ministry, prayer band ministries among others.
